9.48pg : DSAI tiba di perkarangan mahkamah.

9.53pg : Hadirin masih menunggu kedatangan Hakim Komathy Suppiah. Antara barisan peguam DSAI ialah Tn Hj Sulaiman Abdullah, Sankara Nair, Edmund Bon dan Amir Hamzah.

10:14pg : Hakim Komathy Suppiah sedang menyatakan asas perundangan mengapa beliau mempunyai kuasa untuk menentukan Sijil Perintah Pemindahan ke Mahkamah Tinggi tersebut sah atau tidak.

10.22pg : Tn Hj Sulaiman Abdullah baru selesai berhujah agar Puan Hakim untuk terus kekal dengan keputusan yang lepas.

10.26pg : Datuk Yusof bagi pihak Pendakwa sekarang mula berhujah untuk mempertahankan cadangannya membawa kes ini ke Mahkamah Tinggi.

10.35pg : Penyokong DSAI semakin ramai memenuhi ruang di dalam dan di luar kamar Mahkamah.

Bantahan Pendakwaan sekarang menjurus kepada membantah bidangkuasa Puan Hakim untuk mendengar bantahan Pembela terhadap penglibatan Gani Patail di dalam kes ini.

Mahkamah meneruskan hujah Pembela membantah penglibatan Gani Patail melalui tandatangan beliau di Sijil Perintah Pemindahan oleh pihak Pendakwa.

11.15pg : Pihak Pendakwa memohon pergantungan perintah Hakim tetapi ditolak. Pihak Pendakwa berhujah untuk mengemukakan afidavit Gani Patail tetapi dibantah oleh pihak Pembela.

11:34pg : Mahkamah ditangguhkan seketika.

12:37tghr : Kes akan disambung semula pada jam 2.30 petang hari ini.

3.20ptg : Perbicaraan disambung semula.

3.45ptg : Tn Hj Sulaiman menghujahkan bahawa tandatangan Gani Patail pada Sijil Perintah Pemindahan itu bertentangan dengan prinsip keadilan kerana adanya laporan DSAI berkenaan penglibatan AG dalam kes terdahulu.

Mahkamah ditangguhkan dan disambung esok pada pukul sebelas pagi.
